Job Summary:

The Non-IT Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for non-technical roles across various functions such as sales, marketing, HR, finance, operations, and manufacturing. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates that align with organizational needs and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand job requirements and collaborate with hiring managers to define role expectations
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates for further evaluation
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring teams
  • Manage the offer process, salary negotiations, and onboarding documentation
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment dashboards
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future requirements
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Stay updated with industry hiring trends and competitive benchmarks
  • Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably for non-IT roles
  • Strong understanding of hiring for functions like sales, marketing, operations, HR, and finance
  • Experience using job portals, LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in volume hiring or campus recruitment
  • Familiarity with HR tools and recruitment analytics
  • Exposure to background verification and compliance processes
  • Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices
