NOC Engineer

Knowledge and Skills

• Candidate should have 4 + Years experience in Telecom/ ISP Industry in Service Operation Centre
• or NOC activity
• Communication must be good to communicate with end customers & internal stake holder
• Candidate should have basic knowledge in Telecom, network, and Transmission products
• Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication.
• Coordination skill is mandatory to complete the migration within SLA
• Willing to work in 24*7 & Night shift will be provided based on the requirement.
• Good knowledge in MS Office
• Minimum Bachelor degree/ preferred other supporting certificates CCNA
• Additional Details:
• Shift Time: 24 *7.
• Associate should be flexible for split week offs.
