NOC Engineer

Pradeepit Consulting Services is actively seeking a diligent NOC (Network Operations Center) Engineer to join our client's Command Centre team. This pivotal role involves continuous network monitoring, incident response, and system health management to ensure uninterrupted uptime and optimal performance within the NOC environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Network Monitoring: Perform network monitoring using various monitoring tools to detect and address issues proactively.
• Incident Response: Execute incident response protocols to quickly address and resolve network and system disruptions.
• System Health Management: Oversee system health management to ensure continuous uptime and peak performance of all IT services.
• Command Centre Operations: Contribute to the smooth functioning of NOC environments, ensuring constant vigilance and rapid resolution of issues.

Skills

• Proficiency in network monitoring.
• Experience with various monitoring tools.
• Strong capabilities in incident response.
• Adept at system health management.
• Familiarity with NOC environments.
• Experience with SolarWinds Firewall is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a NOC Engineer or similar role.
