Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Front Office Team Management

  • Manage and monitor activities of all Front Office employees during the night shift
  • Ensure adherence to service standards, employee handbook guidelines, and hotel policies
  • Provide coaching, on-the-job training, and corrective guidance when required

Night Shift Operations Oversight

  • Direct and oversee all hotel operations during the night shift
  • Ensure guest safety, security, and satisfaction throughout overnight hours
  • Act as the duty manager for all departments during the night

Staff Communication & Briefings

  • Conduct nightly briefings for all night shift staff
  • Communicate nightly activities, operational priorities, and service expectations
  • Inform overnight teams of group arrivals, VIP guests, special requests, and repeat guests

Guest Arrival & Accommodation Management

  • Review room allocations and accommodations prior to guest arrivals
  • Ensure special guest requests are executed accurately and timely
  • Greet guests upon arrival and ensure appropriate escort to accommodations when required

Service Quality & Guest Experience

  • Maintain a professional, service-oriented environment at all times
  • Handle guest concerns, complaints, and service recovery promptly and effectively
  • Uphold the hotel's standards of excellence in guest service delivery
