Neurologist/Neurosurgeon

Key Responsibilities

Surgical & Clinical Care

• Perform surgeries to treat tumors, relieve chronic pain, and manage vascular disorders and injuries.
• Operate microscopes and advanced surgical equipment for microsurgeries.
• Assess, diagnose, and prescribe treatment plans for patients.
• Handle unscheduled emergency surgeries efficiently.

Diagnostic & Monitoring

• Order, perform, and interpret results of diagnostic tests such as MRI, CT, and PET scans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

Team Coordination & Collaboration

• Oversee and coordinate surgeons, nurses, and support staff in the operating theater.
• Collaborate with neurologists, psychiatrists, therapists, and other medical departments.
• Update patients' families regarding surgical procedures and progress.

Administrative & Professional Development

• Maintain accurate records, prescriptions, and documentation.
• Attend academic conferences and stay updated on medical advancements.
