• Installation and Maintenance:** Installing, upgrading, and maintaining Alcatel voice equipment and software.
• Quality of Service (QoS):** Monitoring and optimizing QoS for voice traffic to ensure clear and reliable voice communication.
• Security:** Implementing security measures to protect Alcatel voice systems from unauthorized access and threats.
• Collaboration:** Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate voice solutions with other communication systems and technologies.
• Documentation:** Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including network diagrams and configurations.
• Training:** Providing training and support to end-users and other team members on Alcatel voice systems and best practices.
• Vendor Relations:** Managing relationships with Alcatel or related vendors, including procurement and support agreements.
