Network Test Automation Expert

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on testing of L3 networking protocols on switches and routers.
• Validate and test network protocols including TCP/IP, ARP, DHCP, QoS, IPSec, BGP, OSPF, NAT, VRRP, and STP.
• Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans and test cases for network systems.
• Identify, log, track, and manage defects through resolution with development teams.
• Participate in release testing and ensure readiness of network software/hardware releases.
• Work closely with development teams to analyze and troubleshoot network issues.
• Execute regression, functional, and integration testing for network features.
• Maintain test documentation and ensure compliance with testing standards.
• Work in Linux-based environments for network testing and validation.
• Utilize Python scripting for test automation (added advantage).
• Continuously learn and adapt to new networking technologies and protocols.
