- Sound knowledge of Zero Trust principles.
- Good understanding of API's and integration with other systems.
- Able to effectively coordinate with customer, partners and cross functional teams.
- Able to gather project requirements and convert it into requirement definition document.
- Able to create system architecture, write technical documents like Design, SOP, Use case etc Conduct system functional acceptance testing with partners & customer.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow will be a plus.
- Zscaler platform knowledge will be a plus.
