Job Description
- Job Description Expertise in Network Management System OSS /BSS
- Hands-on experience working as Solution designer in Splunk
- NMS architecture knowledge
- Knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP,SNMP.
- Should have analyzed the Ops data, processes, provide insights and suggest improvements based on KPIs
- Should have hands-on in creating Process diagrams, UML diagrams, E2E flow/architecture diagrams
- Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust network monitoring solutions to ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of network infrastructure
- Should have hands-on in FCAPS, essentially Fault Management, Configuration and Security.
- Expertise in responsible of Managing the Provisioning, Capacity, Performance of IT Infrastructures, and end to end delivery of IT services
- Deep understanding of Networking principles, Monitoring Tools, and System architecture, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical challenges
- Should have in-depth knowledge on different NMS capabilities. Must have worked in Complex designs in NMS.
- Should have hands-on in preparing the Requirements, Design and Solution documents
- Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade network monitoring solutions.
- Understanding of Technology Landscape such as E2E OSS & BSS, Network Monitoring System, Incident/Change management, Network/Service inventory, Service Assurance journey, Fault Orchestration, Field Operations, Network Performance Management, Microservices based Architecture, Robotic Process Automation.
- Evaluate and select appropriate monitoring tools, technologies, and methodologies to effectively monitor network traffic, performance metrics, and security events
- Ensures compliance to SLAs, policies, and standard operating procedures without fail and leverage tools (escalation points, knowledgebase tools, internal applications etc.) to help resolve customer issues.
