Network Engineer - Sanand, Ahmedabad

Education:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science/BE/B Tech, BSC IT or a related field
• CCNA is must

Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in a network administration role Previous experience with Cisco/HP/Juniper switches, routers and enterprise telephony is preferred

• Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts
• Proven network engineering, network operations, and network performance analysis skills
• Hands-on technical troubleshooting capabilities
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
• Knowledge of computing infrastructures

Job Description:

• Assist in network design and implementation.
• Provide network support across all locations.
• Install, configure and support network (wired and wireless) and telecom (PBX/CUCM) equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, service provides, internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide network support to users.
• Deploy security improvements and system upgrades under guidance of seniors and security team.
• Monitor network (wired and wireless) to ensure optimal performance.
• Create and maintain network users/permissions.
• Support users and infrastructure to minimize user impact.
• Create technical support documentation.
