Role: Network Engineer

Location: Bengaluru, India

Work Model: Hybrid (Onsite + Remote)

Role Scope / Deliverables

Lead the design, development, and implementation of network technology solutions.

Collaborate with NOC and Solution Engineering teams for operational readiness.

Integrate new technologies ensuring stability, scalability, and performance.

Identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities in network infrastructure.

Test and certify new software images and hardware platforms.

Maintain, audit, and enforce network configuration standards.

Support strategic initiatives aligned with the enterprise network architecture.

Participate in DR planning, testing, security reviews, and audits.

Actively collaborate across global technical channels.

Education

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, or equivalent experience.

Key Skills Required

Experience: 5–7 years in network engineering.

Technologies: Routing/Switching, SD‑WAN, Wireless, Firewall, F5, Cloud, Load Balancer, Zabbix, Zscaler.

Core Competencies: Strong network architecture understanding, problem‑solving, implementation experience.

Soft Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership.
