Job Description

Role Palo Alto Firewall SME 

Required Technical Skill Set Network Security - Firewall Palo Alto 

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) 

• Hands on experience on Palo Alto network firewalls including Configuration, Firewall rules management 
• Panorama Management: Proficiency in managing Palo Alto firewalls through Panorama 
• Able to manage firewall template, device groups from Panorama 
• Thorough knowledge and hands on experience on managing Palo Alto SDWAN infrastructure efficiently 
• Proficiency in configuring IPsec tunnels and troubleshooting 
• Thorough understanding of Global Protect VPN and troubleshoot VPN related issues 
• Good understanding on Prisma access and able to fix related issues 
• Able to raise case with Palo Alto TAC and work for the resolution 
• Monitor and analyze firewall logs for security incidents 
• Troubleshooting skills including ability to diagnose and resolve firewall-related issues efficiently
