Description

We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security.

Responsibilities

• Designing, configuring, and maintaining network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitoring network performance and troubleshooting issues to ensure optimal operation.
• Implementing security measures to safeguard the network from unauthorized access and threats.
• Managing network documentation and updating network diagrams and inventory.
• Collaborating with other IT teams to support application and system performance.
• Conducting regular network assessments and audits to ensure compliance with best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-15 years of experience in network administration or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
• Experience with network security technologies (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS).
• Proficiency in configuring and managing Cisco devices and other networking equipment.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
