Netsuite Business Analyst

JOB SCOPE

• Manage individual process improvement projects of differing size and complexity simultaneously.
• Working with multi functional project teams.

COMMUNICATION/CONTACTS

• The key interfaces for much of the project or system related activity will be with the business and IT project team members.
• Working closely with the IPM/PM, there will be a GBS senior management involvement on most of the projects/SWI.
• The other significant contact will be with external customers or suppliers associated with any improvement projects.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Normal Office Environment

JOB KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS

• Java Programming
• Application/Integration Servers: WSO2, Apache Tomcat etc
• Linux and SQL experience an advantage
• Strong Business Analyst skills with proven results showing ability to influence work with cross functional teams and pull together disparate resources into a high performing team

LANGUAGE/ COMMUNICATION SKILLS

• Confident with the ability of leading by example within the team members.
• Excellent communication and systematic approach to problem solving
• Report writing abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work with all levels within the organization.

EDUCATION/TRAINING/ WORK EXPERIENCE

• Professional qualification, with strong, commercial focus.
• 2 to 3 years with JAVA/WSO2 experience, preferably in a large, international corporate manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrable personal IT projects ( Web Sites, Mobile Apps etc)

CERTIFICATIONS

• University Degree plus International recognized professional qualification or similar (MBA or Masters in relevant topic).
