• 5–7 years of proven experience as a Mainframe Designer/Developer with strong design and development skills

SDLC Involvement

• Involved in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of COBOL, CICS, JCL, VSAM, DB2, and Endevor
• Good hands-on experience with CICS

Problem Solving

• Strong analysis and problem-solving skills

Requirement Understanding

• Ability to understand complex requirements and contribute to design creation

Agile Experience

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Communication and Teamwork

• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player
• Comfortable liaising with clients, SMEs, and business associates

Domain Knowledge

• Good to have some knowledge of the banking domain
