Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Formulate plans to drive growth and expand market share.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align campaigns and promotions.
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team across various regions to maximize performance.
- Set clear targets, monitor KPIs, and provide actionable feedback.
- Ensure alignment of team goals with organizational objectives.
Market Analysis & Client Management:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Ensure efficient allocation of sales resources and budget management.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Support cross-functional initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
