Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve volume, value, and profitability targets.
  • Drive General Trade, Channel Sales, and New Market Development initiatives.
  • Lead national product launches and promotional campaigns.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and manage zonal and regional sales teams across Pan India.
  • Set performance targets and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor sales productivity and implement corrective action plans where necessary.

Market & Business Development

  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer preferences, especially in North India.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expansion markets.
  • Strengthen distribution networks and optimize channel performance.

Key Account & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution.

Performance & Budget Management

  • Monitor sales KPIs and prepare periodic reports for senior leadership.
  • Oversee sales budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Drive profitability management and cost optimization initiatives.
