Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve volume, value, and profitability targets.
- Drive General Trade, Channel Sales, and New Market Development initiatives.
- Lead national product launches and promotional campaigns.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage zonal and regional sales teams across Pan India.
- Set performance targets and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Monitor sales productivity and implement corrective action plans where necessary.
Market & Business Development
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer preferences, especially in North India.
- Identify new business opportunities and expansion markets.
- Strengthen distribution networks and optimize channel performance.
Key Account & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, clients, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution.
Performance & Budget Management
- Monitor sales KPIs and prepare periodic reports for senior leadership.
- Oversee sales budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Drive profitability management and cost optimization initiatives.
