National Key Account Manager
Job Description
Client Relationship Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for key national accounts including developers, builders, and architects.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure sustained engagement.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention through proactive communication and support.
Strategic Account Planning
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer business objectives and organizational goals.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Work closely with clients to forecast demand and plan business requirements effectively.
Sales and Revenue Growth
• Drive revenue growth by achieving defined sales targets and key performance indicators for assigned accounts.
• Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Manage contracts, pricing structures, and negotiations in accordance with company policies and standards.
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Collaborate with internal departments including marketing, supply chain, installation, finance, and service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Coordinate internally to meet client expectations and project timelines.
• Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain service quality and relationship continuity.
Reporting and Performance Analysis
• Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales achievements, and revenue forecasts.
• Monitor key metrics and provide insights to improve business performance.
• Present account updates, opportunities, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
