Key Responsibilities

Call Handling & Patient Enquiries

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to patient enquiries.
• Provide clear information about fertility treatments, consultation schedules, and hospital services.
• Maintain professional and empathetic communication with patients.

Patient Counselling & Conversion

• Counsel prospective patients regarding fertility treatments and available services.
• Follow up with patient enquiries and convert them into consultations.
• Achieve assigned call handling and conversion targets.

Appointment Coordination

• Coordinate with the front office and clinical teams for scheduling appointments.
• Ensure accurate communication of consultation timings and availability.

Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain accurate call logs, enquiry records, and follow-up details.
• Update patient information and communication records in the system.

Patient Experience Management

• Ensure a positive and supportive patient experience during all interactions.
• Address patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
