Mulesoft platform admin

Role & Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end Mulesoft Platform Administration
• Manage Cloudhub2, RTF and FlexGateway environments
• Support OpenShift setup and configurations on AWS and Azure
• Oversee Flex Gateway lifecycle including upgrades and patching
• Handle APIM tasks such as TLS certificate renewals and configuration
• Perform backup and restore activities and ensure platform stability
• Monitor platform capacity, performance and health checks
• Coordinate firewall change requests and troubleshoot platform issues
• Manage incident handling and ensure timely resolution
• Work with CI/CD tools including Terraform, Tekton and ArgoCD (KINO)
• Document processes and tasks for knowledge transfer
• Collaborate with EIP/OpenShift support teams and drive continuous improvements
