Job Requirements*

·               Strong hands-on experience in MuleSoft development with solid understanding of the MuleSoft technology stack.

·               Proven experience in designing and developing complex MuleSoft use cases and integrations.

·               Strong expertise in Java, Middleware, Mule ESB, and SOA concepts, including interface and API design.

·               Solid understanding of XML, SOAP, REST, JSON, XSD, and RDBMS.

·               On-prem MuleSoft implementation experience is mandatory.

·               Strong governance mindset with adherence to MuleSoft best practices, guardrails, and API-led connectivity model.

·               Good knowledge of MuleSoft administration, deployment, and monitoring.

·               MuleSoft certification is preferred.

Key Responsibilities*

·               Work closely with Product Owners and Technical Leads to design, develop, and maintain MuleSoft-based integration solutions aligned with business and customer needs.

·               Deliver assigned development tasks on schedule while meeting defined quality and performance standards.

·               Collaborate with Product Owners, QA teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, refine user stories, and deliver high-quality integrations.

·               Participate in daily stand-ups and provide timely and accurate status updates.

·               Evaluate new MuleSoft features, technologies, or components and perform Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate feasibility.

·               Provide delivery support for technical issues, production deployments, reviews, and escalations.

·               Troubleshoot issues, fix defects, and implement workarounds as required.

·               Create and maintain technical and operational documentation, including procedures, runbooks, and automation guidelines.

·               Contribute to practice growth initiatives such as interviews, mentoring, training, and operational excellence activities.

·               Support proposal creation and proposal defense activities for practice and account growth.
