Must-Have:

1. Experience in Exchange Online & Domain-based Message Authentication
2. Experience on handling M365 Identity, Compliance & Security services
3. Experience with large scale production systems

Good-to-Have :

1. Experience working with onshore and offshore model

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role :

• Experience on managing domains & mailboxes
• Experience in tenant-to-tenant email & domain migration projects
• Experience on managing Distribution Lists, Shared Mailboxes & Unified communication groups
• Experience on Modern Conference Rooms/Audio/Video/Teams Rooms setup
• In- depth knowledge on Domain Management & Exchange Online
• Good understanding on PowerShell
• Well-developed skills in personal planning & organization
• Experience with large scale production systems
• Good Troubleshooting skills, analytical skills to fix P1 issues and create Knowledge base
• Train juniors to handle the day to day tasks and oversee the delivery
