Ms Dynamics Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM using Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Design and implement end-to-end CRM solutions aligned with business requirements in the Banking domain.
• Develop custom components using JavaScript, plugins, workflows, and CRM SDK.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using REST APIs and ensure secure data exchange.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders from banking and financial services to gather requirements and deliver tailored CRM functionalities.
• Lead data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy and consistency during transitions.
• Apply CRM DevOps strategies for streamlined deployment and version control.
• Provide user training and post-deployment support to ensure smooth adoption and continuous improvement.
