Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute marketing plans for assigned brands, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market share growth.
- Point-of-Sale Growth: Drive growth of Big & Focus Rx brands at chemist outlets and retail points.
- Brand Detailing: Plan and implement effective Rx brand detailing programs at chemist level.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong support from chemists with trade marketing initiatives and coordination with stakeholders.
- Campaign Development: Translate insights from retail, chemists, HCPs, consumers, and stakeholders into impactful marketing campaigns.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external agencies to implement campaigns across multiple channels, including retail, chemists, and hospitals.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and measure campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
- Sales Alignment: Align field-level activities with sales strategies and goals in collaboration with sales teams.
- Program Effectiveness: Monitor and evaluate field-level programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Data Analysis: Analyze marketing performance data to generate actionable insights for future campaigns.
- Business Development Support: Collaborate with business development teams to build business cases for new products and initiatives.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to support strategic decisions.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external agencies, chemists, retailers, and other stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with Sales, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory teams to ensure progress and alignment with business objectives.
