Collaborate with the marketing, content, and video production teams to conceptualize, storyboard, and execute compelling visual narratives
Translate complex financial concepts into easy-to-understand, visually attractive animations
Develop graphics and animations for presentations, explainer videos, and promotional content
Stay up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools in the motion graphics industry
Ensure all visuals align with 1 Finances brand identity and messaging
Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
Proficient in motion design software, including Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant tools
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of motion graphics and animation work
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to take creative direction, incorporate feedback, and deliver polished final products
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proficiency in 2D/3D animation is a plus
