Key Deliverables:

• Implement project-based, experiential learning aligned with primary curriculum
• Create engaging lesson plans and appropriate teaching aids and activities
• Maintain records on student competence, performance, and progress
• Identify learning difficulties and tailor support accordingly

Role Responsibilities:

• Encourage skill development through structured indoor/outdoor learning
• Engage with parents on student performance and growth
• Stay updated on pedagogical best practices
• Support school events and academic responsibilities beyond the classroom
