- Support pricing process innovation to accelerate enterprise program growth
- Partner closely with LinkedIns most senior sales professionals to structure and execute large, strategic enterprise-wide deals
- Help strengthen compliance with global pricing policies, and pricing framework scalability
- Build productive relationships and feedback loops with cross-functional partners, including Sales, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Deal Desk, Legal, and Finance teams
- This role will require you to work outside of normal business hours to support our EMEA, LATAM, and NAMER businesses
Responsibilities
- Drive large deal closure, including being a one-touch resource for field sales; responsible for liaising with all organizations involved in the agreement process (finance, legal, order management, etc) on behalf of sales
- Lead iterative process innovation to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency across pricing other cross-functional teams
- Educate sales professionals on processes and best practices to improve performance
- Guarantee that deals follow proper revenue, legal, and operational guidelines to maintain pricing integrity
- Recommend and execute changes to pricing frameworks, processes, and operations to improve decision quality, sales velocity, deal desk scalability, and operational success
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years in finance, pricing, sales operations, and/or other operations rolesBA/BS Degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional experience in financial modeling, data analysis, and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPointStrong communication skillsThrives in high-growth and performance-focused environments
- Leadership skills - Ability to inspire and influence cross-functional partners and drive decision-making among senior executives
- Self-starter who has experience working with cross-functional teams and managing ambiguity
- Compassionate team player with experience working with and supporting B2B enterprise sales organizations
