Molding Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:

Molding Operations

• Operate and monitor molding machines to ensure efficient production.
• Trim flashing and maintain product quality by removing excess material.
• Synchronize the feed of materials into the molding process to maintain consistency.

Machine Maintenance

• Perform routine maintenance to ensure machines are in good working condition.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues.

Process Management

• Toggle latches to fill molds accurately and regulate tension on sheeting.
• Release mold covers and ensure proper handling to avoid defects.

Safety and Compliance

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to quality standards and production specifications.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operating molding machines.
• Strong understanding of molding processes and machine maintenance.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with mold setup and changeover processes.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting molding machine errors.
• Basic understanding of safety and quality procedures.
