Description

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Device Management professional to oversee our mobile device infrastructure and ensure the security and efficiency of our mobile operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the organization's mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
• Implement and enforce mobile security policies and procedures.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of mobile devices and applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for mobile device issues.
• Coordinate with IT teams to integrate MDM solutions with existing infrastructure.
• Conduct training sessions for employees on mobile device usage and security best practices.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in mobile device management.

Skills and Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in Mobile Device Management (MDM) or related field.
• Strong knowledge of MDM software solutions (e.g., VMware AirWatch, Microsoft Intune, MobileIron).
• Proficiency in mobile operating systems (iOS, Android, Windows).
• Experience with mobile application management and deployment.
• Understanding of mobile security protocols and best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
