Mobile Application Product Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Mobile Application Product Professional to take ownership of our mobile app's strategy and execution. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a passion for creating exceptional digital experiences. This role involves defining the product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging data to drive continuous improvement and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap:
• Own the overall product strategy and execution for our mobile application.
• Define, prioritize, and execute a product roadmap that is in direct alignment with core business goals.
• Feature Development:
• Gather and prioritize requirements for new features and improvements.
• Oversee the UI/UX design and testing process to ensure a world-class user experience.
• Collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders, including design, engineering, data, compliance, and medical experts, to deliver top-tier features.
• Analysis & Optimization:
• Conduct in-depth market research and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for improvements and new features.
• Track crucial app performance metrics, analyze data, and pinpoint areas for optimization to enhance the user experience.
• Loyalty & Engagement:
• Scale a patient-focused loyalty and rewards program to encourage continued engagement within the app.
• Build comprehensive loyalty journeys across various digital touchpoints, including the app, patient portal, email, and in-hospital interactions.
• Continuously optimize reward structures and communication strategies based on data insights.

Educational Qualifications

• A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Business, or Design is highly preferred.
