Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets and quality standards.
  • Follow up on customer interactions when necessary.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 0 to 1 year of experience in Customer Service / International BPO preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible to work in night shifts and rotational shifts.
  • Minimum educational qualification: Any Graduate (Freshers eligible).
