Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions through voice and non-voice (email/chat) channels
- Understand customer concerns and provide timely and effective resolutions
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain professionalism in all interactions
- Accurately document customer details and follow up as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and improve service delivery
