ML/NLP Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Machine Learning algorithms and models for real-world applications.
• Work on NLP tasks and build solutions using deep learning frameworks such as Keras and TensorFlow.
• Perform low-level model building, tuning, and optimization.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver ML-based solutions.
• Maintain and improve existing ML pipelines and processes.
• Analyze and visualize data for better model insights.

Mandatory Skills:

• Machine Learning Algorithms (regression, classification, clustering, etc.)
• Python Programming (strong coding and logical problem-solving skills)
• Deep Learning – Keras, TensorFlow
• Experience in building models from scratch
• NLP (Natural Language Processing) fundamentals

Desired/Secondary Skills:

• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering
• Exposure to model deployment and ML Ops tools
• Understanding of large-scale ML systems and architecture
