Mis Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Compile and maintain daily and monthly MIS reports for the service function.
• Track and analyze Mega Service Camp performance including budgeting vs. actual, parts planning, vehicle reporting, creatives, and visit coordination with plant teams.
• Drive Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) improvement by tracking actions and performance across PAN India.
• Monitor and maintain dashboards for Area Service Manager (ASM) KPIs.
• Track spare parts target vs. actuals and regularly report progress to stakeholders.
• Compile and analyze Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) reports across all regions and coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) for trend monitoring and improvements.
