MIS & Automation Lead

Profile / Function:

• Strong proficiency in T-SQL programming for query development and optimization
• Develop, implement, and enhance stored procedures for efficient data processing
• Analyze and improve performance of existing SQL queries
• Monitor and execute existing SQL processes
• Create and maintain data visualizations and reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
• Analyze and enhance existing SSRS reports for better performance and insights
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL packages using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for loading data from various sources
• Build Power BI dashboards, KPIs, and visualizations; knowledge of DAX is an added advantage
• Design and implement SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) tabular models for data analysis; knowledge of MDX is a plus
• Support MIS team with month-end activities and ad-hoc reporting requirements
• Participate in automation projects for premium and claims using SSIS and SSRS
• Maintain MIS server and coordinate with Infra and DBA teams for server-related activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., B.E. IT, B.Sc. IT, BCA, MCA)
