Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain MicroStrategy dossiers, reports, and dashboards to support analytics and business intelligence capabilities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
• Develop ETL processes and data models to ensure accurate and efficient reporting.
• Optimize existing reports and dashboards for performance, usability, and scalability.
• Perform testing, validation, and quality assurance of BI solutions.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for MicroStrategy applications, including data connectivity issues and report errors.
• Document BI solutions, including technical specifications, data mappings, and user guides.
• Collaborate with other developers and IT teams to implement best practices in BI development.
• Keep updated with the latest MicroStrategy features and enhancements to recommend improvements.

Required Skills:

• Expertise in MicroStrategy Desktop and Web, including Dossiers, Reports, and Visual Insight.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
• Experience in ETL tools and data integration processes.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and business intelligence best practices.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
