Middleware Engineer - 9e

We are seeking an experienced Middleware Engineer to manage, administer, and support middleware technologies, ensuring smooth integration and operation of enterprise applications. The candidate will collaborate with development and operations teams to implement and maintain middleware solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support middleware platforms including Red Hat JBoss, IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS), IBM WebSphere MQ, and IBM Integration Bus (IIB/ACE).
• Configure, deploy, and monitor middleware components and ensure optimal performance.
• Implement and maintain automation for middleware tasks using tools such as IBM Automation Scheduler.
• Collaborate with development teams to design and support integration patterns and application workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve middleware-related issues across environments.
• Participate in software development lifecycle activities, ensuring middleware alignment with application requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members on middleware technologies and best practices.
