Roles and Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain IBM MQ infrastructure across environments
• Monitor MQ health, logs, and performance metrics, and ensure high availability
• Implement security best practices including SSL and authentication controls
• Perform migrations, upgrades, and patching for MQ environments
• Support MQ clusters, client/server setups, and distributed messaging
• Troubleshoot MQ issues and provide root-cause analysis for production problems
• Collaborate with application teams for integration and deployment
