Microsoft Purview - Application Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and configure applications using Microsoft Purview to support business processes.
• Expertise in data cataloging, data lineage, security, data quality, and governance using Purview.
• Discover and document data landscapes across hybrid clouds and on-premise environments.
• Classify data and set up data scans for structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data assets.
• Identify and label sensitive data using out-of-the-box features and custom policies.
• Configure and present data lineage using tools such as ADF, Synapse, and Databricks.
• Implement data governance policies, procedures, security, and privacy management.
• Work on both Purview Governance and Compliance implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and deliver effective solutions.
