Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on Microsoft Intune.
• Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, handouts, and assessments.
• Conduct workshops and seminars to educate employees on Microsoft Intune features and functionality.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for improvement.
• Stay current with new developments in Microsoft Intune and incorporate them into training programs.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Microsoft Intune Trainer or Freelancer with a strong understanding of the platform.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot issues.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
