Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, design technical solutions, and develop customizations and integrations.
- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical to meet business needs, including creating custom entities, workflows, and plugins.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and test plans.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical applications and integrations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as .NET, SQL Server, and SharePoint.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Experience with customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical using JavaScript, C#, and HTML.
- Experience with integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical with other systems using web services and APIs.
