- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional.

- Good To Have Skills: Experience with business process modeling and optimization.

- Strong understanding of business architecture principles and frameworks.

- Experience in conducting business process assessments and gap analysis.

- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
