Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Requirements Analysis & Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and gather business requirements. Analyze existing processes and system configuration, identify opportunities for improvement.
- Solution Design: Design and architect Dynamics 365 solutions based on identified requirements. Develop and present functional and technical design documents.
- Configuration and Customization: Configure Dynamics 365 modules according to business requirements. Customize Dynamics 365 using built-in tools or code extensions as required.
- Integration Management: Develop and manage integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems like Salesforce, SuccessFactors etc. Utilize middleware tools or custom integrations to facilitate data flow and system interoperability.
- Data Management: Understand data flow, structure, and mapping. Ensuring data integrity and completeness.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality of configurations, features and functionalities. Troubleshoot issues, and coordinate user acceptance testing. Ensure zero production issue.
- User Training and Support: Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of Dynamics 365 within the organization. Address and resolve issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure system stability.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of Dynamics 365 configurations, customizations, integrations, and processes.
- Reporting and Analytics: Design and develop reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions within Dynamics 365.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the use of Dynamics 365 in various business processes.
- Vendor Management: Work closely with the vendor, drive functional and technical discussion, validate solutions proposed by vendor and the estimate for same, and ensure timely delivery.
- Upgrades and Enhancements: Stay informed about new releases, updates and features in Dynamics 365. Plan and execute system upgrades, applying patches, and implementing new features.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Consultant having Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate and Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate Certification will be preferred.
- Proven experience as Dynamics 365 Techno-Functional Consultant in a similar role. Good understanding of GL, AP, AR, Cash and Bank Management, Fixed Assets, Project Management & Accounting modules.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 configurations, customizations, and integration concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
