Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code.
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
Help maintain code quality, and organization.
Liaise with internal and external clients, analyse clients existing system.
Be hands on and involved in providing user support which requires investigation and troubleshooting issues.
Identify options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business sustainability.
Hands on individual and be able to work with local and offshore teams to deliver projects on their technical aspects.

What will you need to know:

Bachelors Degree or higher in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
This position requires detailed working knowledge on banking applications and architecture, and software development life cycle (SDLC).
Has a positive, pro-active and take-charge attitude.
8 to 10 years of experience in Java development. 8+ years of experience in .Net development particularly in C# WinForms (prefer version 3.5 or higher).
Need to have good debugging and problem-solving skills. Should have good understanding of Framework and Design Patterns and able to understand complex Architectural aspects.
Experience in Openshift or Open Container Platform.
RUP, Agile and Waterfall development experience.

What would be great to have:

Preferably with strong knowledge in Signature and T4S Application.
Retail Banking domain experience. Leadership and management experience.
Unit Tests, Visual Studio 2013+, Microsoft Reporting or Crystal Reports, XML, WCF, MVVM.
IIS 6/7 configuration including certificates for SSL. InstallShield 2010 or 2013.
Experience in developing complex multi-tiered applications (web and/or desktop), Source control like GitHub and Docker. Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
Knowledge of Integration and unit test and test-driven development practices. Strong integration design and development experience.
