MetricStream Developer

We are seeking a MetricStream Developer responsible for configuring, developing, and maintaining the MetricStream platform. The role involves close collaboration with business representatives, stakeholders, and senior analysts to analyze requirements, implement solutions, and ensure the seamless functionality of the platform.

Skills Required

Solution Design and Implementation:

• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and generate technical specifications.
• Experience in designing, developing, and implementing MetricStream solutions.
• Expertise in customizing the MetricStream platform to meet specific client needs.

Technical Development:

• Proficiency in Java, PL/SQL, and scripting languages.
• Ability to develop database objects such as functions, procedures, and packages.
• Experience in writing complex queries and customizing the platform using Java.
• Experience with MetricStream AppStudio for application development.

Quality Assurance and Support:

• A focus on ensuring quality, security, and compliance requirements are met.
• Experience in providing production support, debugging issues, and offering solutions.
• Ability to guide a team and participate in story discussions and estimations.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
