The successful Metrics and Reporting Analyst is passionate about using data to make an impact and is driven to provide the highest quality insights for all of Clients GTM customers and partners. The position requires experience in analyzing and profiling large and complex data sets, the ability to manage projects end-to-end, and a curious and inquisitive approach to problem solving. The Sales Metrics & Reporting Analyst, will assist the Planning & Reporting (P&R)) team with the creation of Go-To-Market insights, metrics, and reports in order to deliver high-impact GTM insights and evolve how to measure the impact of sales in meeting Client's users' needs.

• Prepare necessary presentation materials for global rhythm of the business meetings, including forecast meetings, monthly business reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
• Own all phases of new metric creation from planning through execution and completion.
• Define and maintain data quality goals, standards, metrics, and processes.
• Build metric dashboards and other methods to measure and report on Sales Performance
• Work cross-functionally to identify and fix data quality issues using sustainable and best-practice tools and processes
• Maintain a master list of data quality and metric issues, enhancement requests, priorities, and status

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, data analytics, information systems, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in excel/gsheets
• Proficiency in writing/augmenting SQL queries.
• Ability to analyze large data sets, identifying data attributes, locating errors, and generating reports.
• Experience interfacing with with Salesforce or similar CRM

Demonstrated ability to work on tight deadlines and thrive in an ambiguous environment.
