Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Analyst (Freelancer)

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented M&A Analyst to support strategic initiatives across the full deal lifecycle. In this fully remote, flexible freelance role, you will play a key part in identifying growth opportunities, conducting due diligence, and supporting the execution of mergers and acquisitions that align with long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and due diligence for M&A transactions
• Build and support financial models and valuation assessments
• Prepare reports, pitch decks, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Research market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscapes
• Collaborate with senior executives to evaluate strategic fit, risks, and synergies

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in M&A analysis, investment banking, or corporate development
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Deep understanding of M&A processes, transaction structures, and valuation techniques
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder management skills
