Sales Management

Understand and carefully study customers order and seek clarifications if necessary before proceeding for the making of Sales confirmation
Ensure Sales confirmations are thoroughly checked and sent to the customer on the same day the query/ order is placed
Ensure Sales confirmations with dates are sent to the customer within 3 to 4 working days for regular orders
Ensure that all Mod/Dev orders from the customer are reverted back to the customer after receiving a confirmed date from R&D Department
Every order to be accompanied by Order Check List Document and filed in the respective customer files once the order is shipped
