MEP Engineer - REAL Estate

Key Responsibilities

• Design and supervise installation of HVAC, electrical, fire fighting, and plumbing systems for high-rise residential and commercial buildings.
• Perform load calculations, system sizing, and equipment selection for MEP services.
• Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, structural consultants, and contractors for design integration.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, BOQs, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to approved designs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve MEP-related technical issues during construction and handover stages.
• Monitor material approvals, vendor coordination, and execution schedules.
• Prepare project documentation including cost estimates, reports, and progress updates.
• Support project managers in planning and execution of MEP works within timelines and budgets.
